i stayed up to watch the brazil vs australia match last night. maybe i shld say about the japan vs croatia one first.
japan and croatia got a nil nil. well, i can admit both teams are of same standard but none of them managed to find a way to score. there were many opportunities but still. they just dun realise it. i can imagine how their coach would have felt. but its ok. they still have another match to decide whether to make it to the last 16. well, the next matches for this group would be japan vs brazil and croatia vs australia. japan would definitely lose lah. well, not to be mean or anything, but still, i dun think japan stands a chance. i mean look at brazil, would they even win??NO. so thats that. it was a damn boring match and to end up with no goals at all. i was so frustrated.
then i waited for the next match. the brazil vs australia one. that i must watch. to support my brazil. well, although brazil did win 2-0, i was disappointed at the way they played the game. especially at ronaldo. we were expecting some breakthrough at the first few mins when brazil could have scored like 3 goals or something. but still. they didnt even score any goal in the first half. but they had perfect chances to and that ronaldo just screwed the whole thing up. something's really wrong with them. i am quite disappointed at brazil's performance this world cup. i mean compared to the last world cup finals, they were so much better and ronaldo was like the hero. only till the 2nd half, adriano and fred frm the brazil team scored a goal each. and fred was a SUBTITUTE. that explains why brazil are champions. look at their subtitutes?? can even score goals. wa piang. australia tried their very best. i didnt expect to be defending the ball really well. their defence is marvellous except their attacking. their kicks towards the goalpost is really..i can say they didnt practice much. learn frm brazil dudes. i really hope brazil buck up. i was expecting them to score like 7 to 8 goals easily. ugh. i m damn disappointed
